Our Services
Kevin Neprud and Associates LLC (KNA) has operated continuously since 1987 providing single family home design, multi-unit and mixed-use design, commercial, hospitality and institutional design, real estate development, and construction management services. Although we serve the entire country, our work is primarily in New England with a focus on the Metro Boston area, North and South Shores, Cape Cod and the islands.

Kevin Neprud, Principal
Kevin Neprud is the sole proprietor and Principal of the firm. Mr. Neprud has 36 years of professional experience primarily in design and real estate development as well as construction management and industrial design. All design work, drawings and renderings on this site were created by Mr. Neprud.
